We want to work with you after you have chosen the right coffee or slush solution for your business.
When you purchase an Essential Coffee Group beverage solution our preference is to have our technician come and install it for you. This will ensure as soon as the machine and equipment is delivered you can get started. Once installed our technician will provide training in everything from machine use through to cleaning and troubleshooting.
Our technicians are fully qualified in their relevant field and have had extensive manufacturer training, with many of our team travelling to manufacturers in Europe to receive specialist training.
We have built a reputation on superior customer service and support, and we will work with you after the installation. We have a national network of service technicians across the country to ensure your equipment downtime is reduced to a minimum providing you with maximum availability and return on investment of equipment.Our customer contact centre can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
